Wichelstowe to Lydiard Park loop

This is a gentle led ride from Wichelstowe to Lydiard Park mainly on cycle paths and the occasional quiet road. The route is fairly flat and should be suitable for children over 6 years old. The ride will head out from Wichelstowe to the Old Town Railway path and follow part of the National Cycle Network towards the Link Centre. It then passes Shaw Ridge and heads towards Lydiard Park. We'll stop for refreshments at the cafe in Lydiard and then head back via Grange Park. After a while the route joins the cycle path which runs adjacent to Great Western Way. Then it's the Old Town Railway path that takes us back to Wichelstowe.
