Rockets & Rascals Breeze Ride

A lovely, fairly hill-free ride that takes in tranquil greenery along with the hustle & bustle of Poole. Meet opposite Rockets & Rascals bike & coffee shop, in the Odd Bins car park area. Here we'll do some safety checks and make sure everyone is prepared for the ride before heading off. We'll go through Poole Park, out of town and through to Lytchett Minster. There will be a short climb up to Lytchett Matravers then we'll head back downhill into Organford and back to Poole. Our host venue Rockets and Rascals will then be a great place for lovely coffee, good food and a natter before heading home. The ride is ideal for you if you have some cycling experience and are keen to start going out in a group or challenge yourself with a slightly longer or harder ride than you're used to. You should be confident enough to cycle on the road (us ride leaders will help guide you through junctions etc) and fit enough to cover the 20 mile distance (no need to be speedy as we'll go at a pace that all riders are comfortable with). Please make sure you're wearing suitable clothing (it could be chilly as we move into autumn!) and bring some pennies for coffee after the ride. Looking forward to seeing you there!
