Brighton to Saltdean - cliffs, beaches & cafe

Startng from Brighton Marina, we'll cycle along the traffic-free undercliff path to Saltdean before turning round and coming back again. This gentle, beautiful ride is a great way to get away from it all and just enjoy riding your bike with the sound of the sea in your ears and the horizon far, far away across the waves. There will probably be wind in our faces in one direction - but hopefully not in both. We will return to the Laughing Dog café in the Marina for a cuppa and some cake at the end of the ride. If there has been recent rain, parts of the undercliff will be wet. This shouldn't be an issue, but if you have mudguards you will appreciate them! The waves sometimes splash over the barrier at high tide - this is fun and dramatic but can also be wet.
