The Pier, The Beach, Clevedon. Sat Nav postcode BS21 7QU

Starting on Clevedon seafront by the pier. We head out over the moors to Claverham, Cleeve, Chelvey, airport, Redhill, Wrington, Yatton, Kingston Seymour and back into Clevedon. Join Emma & Nicky for this scenic route, with a long hilly climb up through Brockley Combe to Bristol Airport. We then whizz back down the other side of Goblin Combe to Redhill and Wrington, before riding back to Clevedon via Kingston Seymour. We’ll stop at one of the lovely seafront cafes for a warming drink or bite to eat afterwards. This ride is ideal for the experienced, confident cyclist that can whizz along on the flat at 15-20mph, climb hills at 8-10mph and be confident riding at over 20mph on the steep decents. We need to comfortably cover the 24 miles in 2 hours (time is limited). Newcomers are always very welcome, but we suggest you make contact with the local Champion beforehand, to make sure that this ride is suitable for you. This ride is best suited to road/racing bikes. Contact Emma Ruffle, local Champion: Tel: 07718 376168 [email protected] https://www.facebook.com/bikeridesforwomensomerset/ We look forward to seeing you on our bike ride!
