East Brum 2 Cannon Hill Park Circular

Inspired by the Olympics? We will meet in the Urban Cycles shop in Ward End Car Park and ride on the road to Cannon Hill park. The route will comprise of Cycle network routes, we promise you will be shocked at how close the park really is! We will ride along the river Rea and come back via the cannals. This ride does not have that many climbs and we always support each other to get along. It's a good idea to bring some water and you may also want to bring a snack if you think your energy levels may need topping up along the way. We have bikes that can be hired free of charge, a helmet and hi-vis gear. Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part.  If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then.  Look forward to seeing you there!
