Pedal Heaven with Breeze - Summer Evening Ride

Come and join us on on our summer evening ride series from Pedal Heaven in Fleet! Our fortnightly rides, good for building fitness levels and confidence on the bike, will be around 10 - 15 miles out into in the surrounding Hampshire countryside. This week we are going to Odiham. Our 13 mile route will take us out of Fleet via the cycle path to Hart Leisure Centre and along Hitches Lane to the pretty village of Dogmersfield. Passing by Winchfield Church the road undulates through the trees before using the path under the A287 and over the canal into Odiham High Street. Turning left we follow the country lanes through Rye Common and across the A287 passing the impressive Dogmersfield Park on our way back to Church Cookham and Fleet. We will meet outside Pedal Heaven Cycle Shop in Fleet at 18.15 so we are ready to set off promptly at 18.30. Thursday evening is late opening at Pedal Heaven so come early to have a look around or take advantage of the nice mechanics who will check your tyre pressure etc. We want to be back before the shop closes at 8pm so if we are behind schedule etc if any punctures for example we may need to shorten the route slightly. Please make sure you wear clothing comfortable for the weather. Bring a spare inner tube and pump (plus puncture repair kit if you have one). All welcome but please note pace of ride.
