About the route
Starting at the carpark at Hengoed train station we will breeze along towards Maesycwmer, down through Newbridge and on to six bells. This is a mixture of road and cycle path. There is a nice cafe for a snack an if you have never seen the guardian he is very impressive. So far the weather looks good but
