Starting from - Please park in Bramhope village car park off old lane next to the tennis courts. There are toilets at the left hand side of the car park entrance.

Leaving from Bramhope heading out to Chevin, over Moor Top and then up Carlton Lane through Yeadon to Horsforth. From Horsforth we will head to Adel and out to Eccup before returning to Bramhope
Mainly quiet country roads with short spells on or crossing busy roads
We will stop en route for a coffee break
Sun cream and water bottles
We never leave anyone behind
