'RIDE LIKE G' on a Monaughty Breeze!

Come and join us for a Breeze ride from Monaughty to celebrate Geraint Thomas's last professional race in this year's TOB Men. The similarities will be that we will be pedalling and sitting on a saddle but best of all having fun and cake!
We'll have our coffee stop half way round at The Workhouse Cafe in Presgteigne before heading back via Discoed and Maestrayloe.
We will be riding on a mixture of lanes and B roads.
No special clothing is required, something bright makes us more visible to other road users and bike lights too if you have them. Please bring a well maintained bike, spare inner tube and pump or what you need if you have tubeless tyres, some water for yourself and money/card for the cafe stop.
A cycling helmet is recommended for all adults.
