Organized by groups in the community, these rides are a great way to meet new people, explore your local area and to have fun riding your bike. You can find rides that are suitable for your level of experience and interests whilst enjoying being part of a social cycling community.

A route is yet to be finalised. It will though be of 60 to 75 miles with regular undulations and significant hills and total elevation IRO 4,500ft. Only riders used to, and capable of completing a ride of this type should sign up to take part.

This will be a circular ride of between 60 and 70 miles with hills and undulations throughout.

Most of the ride will be on quiet country roads but with occasional need to ride along / cross busier traffic routes.

There will be at least one, possibly two cafe stops en-route. Details of where and distance along the route to be confirmed closer to the ride date.

Helmets compulsory. Please wear appropriate clothing and bring adequate drink for anticipated weather conditions and equipment to repair punctures etc.

First timers are welcome, but please note this will be a ride of up to 70 miles with regular and significant hills and undulations so please be sure you are accustomed to and capable of this type of route
