A steady ride from Brickfields following the Dockyard Wall towards the Tamar Bridge.
We'll leave Saltash at Carkeel for the quieter lanes of Botus Fleming and onward to Hatt, Pillaton, Clapper Bridge, Blunts and Tideford.
Around the back of Heskyn Mill towards Castle Motors and through the wooded lanes towards Hessenford before stopping at Seaton Beach Cafe.
Gentle ride back to the Torpoint Ferry via Downderry, Crafthole and Antony.
You must wear a helmet, please bring two water bottles and snacks, gels if you need them, spare tubes.
