A visit to South Brent, the hunt for the perfect chips

IMPORTANT NOTICE this ride will stick to Covid-19 guidelines
The maximum number of participant allowed on the ride is 4.
2 meters social distancing will be kept at all times
Each participant must have the tools and knowledge to replace an inner tube in case they have a flat tyre, advice and guidance is available from your leader should you need any.
Advisable to bring with you some form of hand sanitizer gloves and Face mask (you will not be required to wear mask while cycling)
Please bring enough water and refreshments you will need for the duration of the ride as we will stop for a lunch break along the way,
Least but not least, bring with you some fun, laughs, banter and a smile, it will be lovely to see some friendly faces again.

This ride will take us to South Brent via Ivybridge on NCN route 2.
Majority of the ride will be on country lanes with some traffic but you must be confided riding on roads as we go up through Ivybridge main street.
The ride will start from Langage Business Park Plympton on Western Wood Way, PL7-5BG.
As you come into Western Way there are no yellow lines on the left side of the road you can park along there. I have attached a photo in the file tab of this ride reference for meeting location
This route is undulating in places with a steady climb to South Brent. Remember what goes up must come down so get ready to be Breezy going down those hills.
We will stop for refreshments at South Brent so bring some spending money with you, if you feeling peckish we recommend you try the chips, they are the best chips ever.

*spare inner tube pump and tools to remove a tyre
* A helmet is a must on this ride
*working lights fully charged (big bright lights as we return in the dark)
* Appropriate clothing for the weather
* hand sanitizer gloves and Face mask
* And if you have any room left, a joke or two to spice things up.
For safety reasons all participants will be expected to wear a helmet. We are looking forward in seeing you on this exiting ride
