We can organise two rides if there are some new riders who want a shorter and slower ride.

Quiet country lanes wherever possible, some cycle paths.

Stopping at Whilton Locks Marina Cafe, for coffee, tea, cake, pastie or even a full english breakfast for those that can cope.

Please wear a helmet and appropriate clothing for the ever changing English weather. It would make sense to bring cash in case the card machines aren't working. Inner tubes are necessary but the group will have the tools for inner tube replacements and most other mechanical issues.
