This is a coaching session and not a led ride.

Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

These sessions are for total beginner's and novice lady leisure riders wishing to gain basic cycling skills who wish to build their confidence on two wheels. Free car parking is available on site.

This half hour session can be followed by a visit to the onsite coffee shop.

This is a series of short, mini sessions on cycling skills delivered by a Breeze trained Cycling Coach. To include an opportunity to learn and practice those basic skills on a totally traffic free route along the nature reserves fully tarmacked perimeter track & after each session you can visit the fantastic onsite coffee shop as your reward!

These are coaching sessions for absolute beginners. Even if you do not own a bike or have any way of getting a bike to Watchtree you can hire one of their superb light weight Ridgeback bikes, designed for their ease of ride. A small hire fee is payable to Watchtree, an independent charitable trust, at reception when you arrive and sign in.

If you have mobility issues or find riding a 2 wheeled bike difficult Watchtree has a bike to suite you.
So come along and give cycling in a safe & secure environment a try.

If you need to hire a bike from Watchtree please attend 15 minutes before the session starts to be fitted with a cycle helmet and sized correctly for your hire bike.
Otherwise please bring a road worthy bike & your cycle helmet. Each rider attending needs to wear suitable clothing to cycle in; easily removable layers work best. Waterproofs are also a good idea as we are now moving into the rainy season.

This is a series of short mini session on cycling skills delivered by a Breeze trained level 1 cycling coach to include an opportunity to practice those basic skills learned on a short quite ride after each session with a fantastic coffee shop stop at the end!
