Active Newcastle - Saturday Social - Tynemouth

Come and Join us on our Active Newcastle - Saturday Social Ride up to Tynemouth. These rides are at a pace of around 8-10mph but dependent on the ability of the group this can change.

We will be heading along to National Cycle Route 72 passed Segadunum, Howdon Park, The Tyne Tunnel at finally up to Tynemouth. This ride is a classed as a challenging ride due to the amount of hills and the distance so we do say that this ride is not for beginners and we ask that you are comfortable on a bike.We will stop off at Tynemouth for a chance to grab a drink at a number of the coffee shops at the Tynemouth.

Due to changes in our programme from October 2017, we will not be offering free bike hire on our social rides for the foreseeable future. If you would like to hire a bike from The Cycle Hub, there will now be a small charge of £5 for a bike, to book your bike please call The Cycle Hub on 0191 276 7250 and give 24 hours notice.
