Start at lay-by by Adel St Johns church l (9.30pm) or post office, mavis lane (LS16 7LQ) by cookridge hill (10:15). Down towards Bramhope, left via scout camp, over A658 to chevin. Down the other side and left towards Guisely with a wiggle to the multi flight care (hoping we can find it without Gale) after 11.5 miles. The back the way be came, around to east Carlton over the A658 and onward to Cookridge and the Adel church (18 miles) Check the evening before - due to weather - may cancel or move start time to get the break in the forecast rain

bring money for cafe, bring helmets and safety gear/repair kits, wrap up warm

Start at west park cafe (2pm) or fire station top of cookridge hill (2:15). Down towards Bramhope, left via scout camp, over A658 to chevin.
