Starting off from opposite Adel Church we head down Church Lane but bear left around the back of Golden Acre park. We turn left down Kings Road for a nice down hill stretch. Round the mini roundabout heading to Bramhope, turning left up into Bramhope centre and cross at the Fox and Hounds junction straight on heading to the Chevin area.. On the road past the entrance to the Chevin Country Park Hotel stopping at Surprise View and then straight on to the end on York Gate, left on to Moor Top and then Carlton Lane, thro East Carlton and back to Cookridge and back to the start point in Adel.

we will stop for coffee at the High Trees carden centre.
this is a great ride, with great views and the odd incline to challenge you! but we take our time and never leave anyone behind. You will feel a great sense of acheivement at the end.

A 16 mile round route, with great views over the Chevin (including at stop at Surprise view) and, of course, a coffee stop on the journey. Some quiet roads, a couple of slightly challenging hills and a great route for those people who are advancing their distance and climbs. You will feel a great sense of achievement once you have finished the ride.

Some short stretches of residential roads in Bramhope, quiet roads around the Chevin, back from the Chevin heading towards Cookridge past the end of the road that has the Caring for Life cafe on it. A few busy junctions that we will cross with care. A few nice down hill stretches.

At least a couple of stops to admire the views, a cafe stop and other stops as required.

helmets of course, your drinks, money in case of emergency, food snacks if you wish, pump etc

We never leave anyone behind
