We will then take part in the 5 mile cycle around London and get back to LIF at 1.45pm and will make our way back to either Marylebone or cycle to Aldate and get the train/underground back to Amersham from there. It can be quite busy with traffic, other cyclists, pedestrians so please be prepared for this
We will stop for food/drinks but please bring snacks and plenty of water with you.
As always, your bike must be in good working order, bring a spare inner tube, pump and working lights
