An easy Breeze through Beeley Wood (starting from Wadsley Bridge)

This delightful, easy and mostly traffic-free ride starts from outside the Sainsbury's Wadsley Bridge store and heads along Claywheels Lane and Beeley Wood Lane until we reach the start of an off-road trail. This takes us into Beeley Wood and along the banks of the River Don. At the end of the trail we can stop for a break and a chat in Coronation Park (bring a snack and a drink if you like). We'll then go back the way we came to the start point. There are toilets at Sainsbury's and in Coronation Park, and Sainsbury's also have a cafe. Children are welcome on this ride as long as they are accompanied by their mother/female guardian (see terms and conditions for details). All children must wear a helmet.
