THIS IS ROUGH GUIDE. Mostly on trails or quiet roads with a few muddy bits and tree roots. Starting at Newcastle Cycle Hub then through Jesmond Dean to Benton, Backworth, Holywell, Seaton Sluce, Blyth, New Hartley, Cramlington, Killingworth, Longbenton and back to the Hub
