Antrobus Cyclists - Lunch at a Castle

A ride of about 48 miles from Antrobus Tea Room to Beeston Castle where we will stop for lunch. This isn’t a flat ride – we'll take the hills slowly and enjoy them!!

Beeston Castle doesn’t have a proper café, so expect a minimal offering but the settings are amazing.

We head out through Acton Bridge before stopping in Delamere for a brew stop. The ride is on a mixture of cycle paths, quiet country lanes, and some busier roads.

We will ride at an easy pace of about 10mph with short stops along the route, and make sure that no one is left behind.

You'll need a road worthy bike. Helmets are strongly recommended. We also recommend you bring a pump, spare inner tube or puncture repair kit and a lock. Please bring money for coffee breaks and lunch or your own drinks and snacks, if required.
