This is a similar route to the one that I set up in March (but I didn't ride). Be aware that it is fairly hilly with 2,200 ft of climbing! We will aim for an average speed of 12-13 mph.
Meet at the Rhubarb and Mustard cafe in the High street. Parking is usually available near the cricket pitch on Lucas Lane.
This route takes a loop around Ashwell to warm up before tackling the hill towards Baldock and on to Weston. We go through Buntingford and Nuthampstead, to the Woodman at about mile 27.
