This ride explores the Bridgewater Way and highlights the vast improvements from the well known ''muddy mile'' which was impassable by bike to the fantastic route through to Monton, The Roe Green line, Tyldesley Loop Line to Cooling Lane, Higher Folds and back to the canal via Manchester Road and Marsland Green. We'll have a stop for refreshments midway through the ride.
The ride is pretty flat and now a good surface to ride on. Please bring helmets and puncture repair with suitable innertube for your bike
