About the route
Starting point
Hampshire
SO23 7AB
We will be heading up towards Sarum rd, and on past Farley Mount to Kings Sombourne.
We will cycle on to Braishfield, stopping at Hillier's Arboretum for coffee and a look at the stitched art exhibition.
Our return to Winchester will take us back via Merdon Castle and Olivers Battery.
We will mainly be riding on quieter roads. There are a few hills, but we will be riding at our own pace and nobody will be left behind.
Please bring necessary kit for puncture repair; inner tubes, tyre levers, and pump
a lock for your bike, and money / payment card for coffee stop.
A bike helmet
Remember to bring water. You may also want to bring a small snack in case we are delayed or you need an energy boost before our stop.
If your plans change please remember to cancel your place so that another rider can join us as places are limited.
