B10 Ladies

the route seems flat however it has inclines that are more noticed on the journey home.
It's quite windy too.
the wildlife we see is quite something and you forget your in the city. nice ride

We meet at the Khidmat Centre Heather Road at 9.45am to sort your bike and paperwork. We leave promt at 10am. we cycle approx. 12 miles along the kingfisher route to Babs mill where we take a short break before heading back

there are a few roads, we tend to get off and walk o the pavement at these points as the traffic is very busy. the rest of the route is through lovely parkland along paths. so very smooth and easy

please ensure you wear suitable clothing and have a waterproof coat. You will need a drink and some kind of snack for the break
