This is a mixed ride suitabe for people who cycle occasionally or are returning and want to build up their confidence. The route is fairly flat but there will be some ups to ride. Take these at your own pace and we will regroup at the top. Please don't worry about pace or speed my aim is to encourage you and I will happily ride at what ever speed is comfortable for the group. We will not leave anyone behind.

The route uses a mixture of quiet country lanes, busier roads and cycle paths.

There is an option to stop in Iwade or we can ride the whole route in one go. I will discuss this with you at the start of the ride.

Please adhere to the current Covid 19 guidelines. We will be quite spaced out and remember to bring a mask with you should we stop for a coffee/snack. Helmets are compulsory on this ride. * Also remember to bring tools to change an inner tube should you be unlucky to get a puncture, plus 2 x spare inner tubes. * essential medication you require * fluids * any snacks you rely upon during your rides * cash/card for refreshments * dress for the weather - layering is best

We never leave anyone behind
