Starting point

YO42 4EN

Barmby Moor Village Hall YO42 4EN

In celebration of the Tour de Yorkshire coming through our area .we are combining with Beverley Breezers and Driffield Four Seasons to take the Yorkshire Flag from Beverley Minster to Howden Minster . Beverley Breezers will start the relay passing to DFSB at TJs café. They will then bring it over the Wold Tops to Ramblers Rest Millington about 12noon where Barmby Moor Pink Ladies will be waiting who will then cycle it through Pocklington.Allerthorpe and on to the Pig In the Willow café at East Cottingwith. Here Howden Breezers will receive the flag and with the Pink Ladies supporting will cycle into the finish to Howden Minster. The whole ride there and back will be about 50 miles.

As it is a relay on a time schedule this is only for those who know they can maintain a pace of approx. 14mph so is not for new riders.
Please ensure your bike is in good working order and the tyres are fully inflated [makes for an easier ride].Please ensure you have a spare inner tube to fit your bike ,a pump and puncture repair kit.
A water bottle is also a must to keep hydrated.and we recommend wearing a helmet although this is not compulsory. Please register on this site.

I look forward to seeing you there
