Outside Barnet Council reception at North London Business Park, also staff based at Barnet House can join the ride at Barnet house at 3.20pm.
Start at Barnet Council, North London Business Park. Leave via the exit to Oakleigh Road South, cycle north onto Oakleigh Road North. Cycle to Barnet House in Whetstone (where riders can start instead).
From Barnet House, head west on Totteridge Lane, then turn left onto the Dollis Valley Greenwalk. The ride then follows quiet roads to Allianz Park.
The ride is suitable for all, with a hill from North London Business Park to Barnet House.
