(1) ReviewsRiding out of Newport to Cardiff, passing through Penarth before heading on to Barry.
As always we will be taking the quieter back roads and cycle routes wherever and whenever possible.
We will stop at Barry Island for refreshments. Chips and ice cream as the sun will be out.
A good pump, a spare inner tube, basic tools and a small amount of cash for coffee stops are always a good idea. Plus a helmet for your safety.
