You will need-
- LIGHTS ( which work / are charged)
- A bike with gears and brakes which work.
- Make sure your tyres are well inflated/ firm
- Spare inner tube, tyre levers and pump (in case of puncture)
- Clothing appropriate for the weather

This ride will be at a leisurely pace with short stops to re-group,take a drink and perhaps a photo and enjoy the scenery. There are some ups – but lots of lovely downs too, riding through glorious countryside. No rider will be left behind. Newcomers are always welcome. You will need a roadworthy bike and cycle helmet
