It's a good idea to bring some water and you may also want to bring a snack. Wearing a helmet is advisable as we will be out on the road. If you have a spare inner tube great please bring one along but not to worry if you don't. Always good to take a few layers to cope with our British weather, a waterproof is also advisable.
