This is a social ride and there will be plenty of stops to catch our breath and admire the views around Pennington Flash. Come and enjoy the great outdoors!

We can't guarantee the weather, but we can lend you a bike and helmet FREE of charge if required and experienced cycle leaders to guide you on a route and pace to suit the whole group.

Mainly flat cycle paths and trails on risk assessed routes which utilise the local cycling infrastructure and park areas.

We especially welcome newbies!
