Please do not pass the leader unless you know the road ahead, watch you don't cross wheels or follow to close, please repeat any warnings given (bollards etc ) shout stopping if you have to stop suddenly. Bring: mask, disposable gloves and hand sanitizer, helmet, 2 tubes, waterproofs (even in good weather) and lights for your bike, also enough food and drink for hydration and energy.
