We will be meeting at The Bike Lounge, 146 Wollaton Road, Beeston, ready to leave at 9.30am
There is plenty of on street parking on the surrounding side roads for those of you coming by car.
We will riding on roads/canal paths/trails so I would suggest a bike with off road tyres to give you extra grip on the canal path and the nutbrook trail.
We will stop for coffee & cake (or whatever you want) at the Derby Lodge in Shipley Park.
Don't forget a spare inner tube and pump etc in case of a puncture.
