Beginner family friendly ride around Lister Park

This is a family/novice route in the award-winning Lister Park.  The traffic-free route uses the wider roadways through the park and avoids the "big hill".  The park has so much to offer - the magnificent Cartwright Hall is a must-see and one of six listed buildings within the park. Don't miss the floral clock, wonderful formal gardens and the Moghul water feature and fountains. No wonder Lister Park won Britain's Best Park back in 2006 and what better way to explore it than by bike? There's a great lakeside cafe for refreshments. 

Please ensure you are wearing comfortable clothing and have a drink and snack if you think you will need it.

We will adhere to the 1 meter plus social distancing where possible. The leader will have hand sanitiser with them during the ride. Face mask is personal preference not mandatory.

Please bring a roadworthy bike, water bottle and snack if needed.
