Starting from - SO22 5NA - we will meet in Dean Lane Park, on the grass between the cycle path (opposite Waitrose) and the play park. A lot of parking is restricted to 2 hours, if you are driving I would advise parking in Teg Down, on Hillside Road - you can cut through by bike at the far end onto Old Hillside Road and drop down Dean Lane and into the park, SO22 5NA

SO22 5NA

This is a beginner friendly off road ride (with some roads to link up!) to Crab Wood, ideal for those who are new to off-road riding, are returning to mountain biking or just fancy a short slow paced off road ride!

We will ride at an easy pace and make sure everyone is comfortable with handling their bike off road - whether it is a gravel bike, hybrid or mountain bike.

NB if you are coming from Kings Worthy I can do an additional start from Cobbs at 9.30am - just make sure to let me know!

Helmets are compulsory, we recommend wearing gloves and sports glasses. Please double check your bike is trail ready before attending and bring a repair kit (you don't need to be able to do it yourself, we work together and learn a few new skills at the same time) .

Please bring water, a snack and clothing for the weather predicted that day.

Please message me to let me know if you have any medical conditions that may affect you on the ride, or make sure to let me know at the start of the ride.
