Starting from - The meeting point is the Water centre at Fairlop Outdoor Activity Centre, Boulders Park, Forest Road, near the entrance opposite Powerleague. It's on the right about 100 metres from the entrance. It's about a mile walk from Fairlop tube Station. The bus stop for the number 462 bus is very near the entrance. There is also parking available which is pay and display until 7pm. IG6 3HN

Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

A gentle ride around the tracks within the Fairlop Waters park. Ideal for beginners to help build your confidence, skills and fitness. A simple traffic free loop around the boating lake. Come have fun and make new friends, or bring your friends, mums, sisters, daughters or aunties!! Cafe stop optional.
Bikes and helmets are available free of charge for those that do not have their own. Children that can ride a bike well are welcome, and need to accompanied by an adult at all times.

Please arrive 15 minutes early if you need a bike and helmet.
