Please meet by the boating lake.
Slow-paced and ideal for beginners on cycle paths and quiet roads.
From Eastrop Park we will head out along cycle paths towards War Memorial Park. After meandering through the park we will set off on Cliddesden Road and on to the Viables where, if we require a stop, we can have refreshments.
This ride will be at a leisurely pace with stops to re-group. No rider will be left behind.
You will need a roadworthy bike and cycle helmet, together with a spare inner tube, pump and tyre levers for puncture repair. Any bike type is appropriate but please make sure that it is in good working order and that your tyres are well inflated.
Please remember:
- A puncture repair kit/spare inner tube and pump.
- Water
- A bike lock
- Money for the cafe
- Dress for the weather.
