Belgravia Christmas Lights

THIS RIDE: An evening ride to Belgravia to see their Christmas lights installations along streets and shops decorations. Front and rear bike lights are compulsory, and reflective clothing highly recommended. Although we cycle mainly through quiet roads and cycling lanes, you need to have some confidence in riding in normal traffic.

THE ROUTE: We cycle through Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, Motcomb Street, Elizabeth Street, Eccleston Square, and Orange Square. We then continue into Chelsea to visit the new location of the stunning Ever After Gardens (royalmarsden.org/ever-after-garden) and the beautiful Christmas installations around the Saatchi Gallery. Please bring a lock if you want to visit inside the garden.

We aim to be back at Roundwood Park by 7.30pm.

If you find this ride fully booked, sign up to the waiting list as spaces always become available nearer the date. However, please do not sign up if you’re not sure you can come.

IMPORTANT POINTS: *Helmets aren't compulsory but advisable. *Check that your tyres are pumped and bring a spare inner tube and all necessary tools in case of a puncture. *If you can't make the ride anymore, please cancel your space so someone else can join. *Only riders who booked themselves on the ride will be allowed to join. *Unless the weather takes a nasty turn making it unsafe or unpleasant to cycle, this ride will go ahead even if it rains. Dress for the weather and bring a raincoat just in case. *Please be advised that we video record our rides which are later published on YouTube. By joining our rides, you are authorising your image to appear on the video.
