This series of ‘Challenging’ start at 30 miles flat and will increase gradually each week. All rides will be Challenging pace 12+ mph on average.

https://www.strava.com/routes/3354553649797279690All our rides are slowest rider’s pace, no one is left behind. Everyone rides comfortably but please make sure you can keep the pace of the ride.
Please wear a HELMET and ensure your bike is in FULL working order and your tyres are inflated to the correct level, as this will make for easier riding.
Please have a spare tube, tyre levers, a pump, any tools you need for your bike, a water bottle to keep hydrated, a snack, front and back working LIGHTS (flashing mode), a bike lock, a BELL and FULL mudguards please, for wet weather, to keep you and the group dry.
The routes are mainly on quiet roads and cycle paths.
Please have in place a means of getting home just in case you have a mechanical we cannot fix, someone at home to pick you up, a taxi that can transport you and your bike or a bike recovery company like ETA. We’ll stay with you until you can be rescued.
