Starting from - Family bike skills session followed by an optional ride out on the third Saturday of every month from 9:30 till 11:30. Starting from Bicester Bowl, behind the Bicester Leisure Centre.

Suitable for families new to riding and/or wanting to grow their skills and confidence on their bikes. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please ensure that each family member has their own separate booking (excluding under 5’s).

The session starts with skills practice in a traffic free environment, working on improving confidence in handling the bike. After this there is the option to come for a ride out on a low traffic route around Bicester. Please note, due to the present cold weather, the skills practice may be as short as 30 minutes before heading on the ride out.

Please bring road worthy bikes, as well as an inner tube for each bike, drinks, snacks and suitable clothing for the weather conditions including gloves. Helmets must be worn by all participants under the age of 18.

Whilst all children are welcome to participate in the skills session on their own bike, under 5’s must be carried on or towed by an adult’s bike for the ride out. OX26 2NR

This Bicester Family Rides ride is open for anyone to join
