Starting point

Devon
PL6 7AH

A short ride to kick start the weekend.
As it’s only a short one the cafe stop is optional and will require a little detour.
Starting from nearby Bickleigh church we’ll head for the Plymbridge trail and straight up to Yelverton.
Onwards to a lap (or 2) of the reservoir then Down the Dartmoor village of Meavy. Unfortunately we’re too early for the pub so straight on to Clearbrook and still too early for the pub. There’s an optional detour back to Yelverton and a cafe stop swapping one of the steeper climbs for an easier one and a couple of extra miles, we’ll decide on the day.
At Clearbrook we have a proper climb up Shadycombe Lane before following the moorland road past Cadover to Shaugh Prior and an exhilarating descent.
A long flat and one more shortish climb and we’re back on the trail.
Finally a bit of uphill gets us back to our start point.
Should be done and dusted by lunchtime.
