Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

About the route
Free bicycle maintenance workshop at Off The Rock Cycles, Seaview Road, Liscard. This is a fab women friendly bike shop. Adam and the guys will demonstrate how to under take basic bike maintenance, including puncture repairs and tips for getting wheels off and back on easily, how to check your bike is safe to ride and set up properly for you.
After covering the basics the guys will then pick upon any specific issues you would like help with. If you have anything in particular you would like covered please let me know.
There will be four bike stands and the guys are happy to work with you on your own bike so do bring them with you.
We estimate the workshop will be about 90 mins, but obviously this is subject to how much we want to get out of the session.
Following the session I hope to get out for a short leg stretcher, probably about 10 miles.
