This is going to be a really easy slow pace from the Borough Arms in Bodmin, along the camel trail to Hellandbridge. We will go at the speed of the slowest and stop as often as needed.
The aim of this ride is to get you out in the fresh air, meeting new people and getting used to riding a bicycle. If you haven't ridden one for years or are very nervous these rides will be perfect for you!! If you want to speak to me before hand please contact me.

A nice beginners ride from Borough Arms to Hellandbridge on the flat Camel Trail
We will be riding completely off road.
We will stop as often as needed for a drink, nose blows, or just to catch your breath, this isn't a race it is to get you out having fun!
Please wear a helmet, drink and if you have it bring a spare inner tube for your bike.
We especially welcome newbies!
