Bingley to Skipton

Starting out Bingley (Just at Marks and Spencer garage) we will head out toward Keighley where we will come across our first hurdle (the round about just at B&Q) We will turn right there and then head past the retail park to the next round about and take the first left, where we will then take a right at the next round about heading for lower Utley.

We will then continue straight on this road until after Airdate Hospital where we take a left... the roads become much quieter at this point. We will then meander to Connonlly were we come across the two main climbs of the day. Not easy... but if you need to get off an push then so what!!

Once through Connonlly we continue towards Skipton following the route of the river Aire..

A few more small climbs and some good down hills and we are nearly there.

Couple more miles and you are in Skipton for coffee and cake... (choices galore)

Coming back we can have the choice of coming back the same way, or using the fast route back from Skipton (See .gpx)
