We will meet at the roundabout where the A6195 meets Wath Road, next to the Brewers Fayre Pub/Restaurant
Reasonably flat but some gentle climbing on mainly quiet lanes. Total distance 25 miles (40 kilometres), with a cafe stop at the halfway point, the Anglers' Country Park at Wintersett.
As the ride will be on public roads, it may not be suitable for some younger riders or those who do not feel comfortable riding in light traffic conditions.
Riders should bring their own roadworthy bike, a simple repair kit (puncture repair, spare tube and multi-tool) and a thin waterproof top. There is no dress code but we advise relatively close-fitting clothing and the use of thin layers so that it is easier to take one off if it gets too hot.
Attendees ride at their own risk.
