A circular route that takes in areas of coastline and Gower lanes.

We set off to Mumbles along the Swansea Bay cyclepath. From there we then join the road, and cycle a mixture of A, B and unclassified roads to Pennard Church, before returning via the B4436 and A4118 to the Wildflower cafe, where we will stop for refreshments. From there we continue on an unclassified road, before joining the A4118 again. We drop down to the Railway Inn, where we will then join the Clyne Valley cycle track to return to Blackpill.

We will stop for refreshments at the Wildflower café, Blackhills.

Riders are advised to wear cycle helmets, and carry a pump and spare inner tube. Please bring money for any refreshments that you will require.

A large part of the route will be on the road, so is more suited to cyclists that have some experience of cycling on the road. There are also a couple of hills along the route. However do not be put off by them, as we go the speed of the slowest rider, and nobody is left behind.
