A gentle ride out through Bleasby to Tealby and back through Middle Rasen. The coffee stop today is going to be at The Watermill, Low Church Road, Middle Rasen. They are holding a 'Care for a Cuppa' event in support of St Barnabas Hospice. Lots of baked goods and refreshments available.
Aim to arrive 10 minutes before the ride is due to start to allow for bike checks.
So please come along, get some exercise and fresh air and then support a good cause.
Dress appropriately for the weather on the day and a cycle helmet is advised. Bring with you a spare inner tube and pump; money for refreshment and a drink.
