This is a great ride to The Grainstore at Doddington Hall where they serve an amazing coffee and carrot cake, among other things. This stop has never failed to impress! The roads are mainly quiet country roads but with short stretches along some busier B and A roads. There is a bonus of cycling along around 8 miles of traffic free tracks, mainly tarmac but with some compacted stone and cinder.
