Let's Ride - Bluebells & Bicycles!

Starting from - Please meet by 9.15am in the car park in front of Knighton Community Centre ready for our usual checks, any introductions and to start ride for 9.30am. There is a charge for parking but if you allow enough time you may be able to find spaces in the town with no charge or time limit.
If anyone prefers a shorter ride and would like to join and finish ride in Bucknell please let me know beforehand, that would reduce the mileage to approximately 10 miles. LD7 1DT

Our ride starts in Knighton from the car park in front of the Community Centre. We will head out of Knighton and within a mile be on country lanes towards Bucknell and Walford, then onto Leintwardine for our coffee stop. Our return is via Jay Lane, Bestone and Bucknell.
The woods and hedgerows are bursting bluebells and many other wildflowers, just too pretty not to cycle this way.
No special clothing is required, something bright makes us more visible to other road users. Please bring a well maintained bike, spare inner tube and pump or what you need if you have tubeless tyres, some water for yourself and money/card for the cafe stop.
A cycling helmet is recommended for all adults and a lock for your bike while we are in the cafe.
